Hi Leigh. Forgive me for writing a comment that doesn't have anything to do with this particular post.
I just read your profile, and you may have caught some of my enthusiastic rambling about The Brothers K. I saw you listed The Adventures of Kavalier and Clay as one of your favorite books, and I feel as though I should tell you that before reading The Brothers K, the last book I liked that much was Kavalier and Clay. They're not particularly similar, but they inspired a similar enthusiasm in me. Y'know, just to let you know. If'n you're innerested.
As for this post, Chagall is cool, but I find fiddlers preferential to donkeys.
